RiNA GmbH is very interested in research and development. Because of RiNA's special expertise projects in the field of Cell-free Protein Expression as well as Functional RNAs such as aptamers are particulary a topic of peculiar interest. Several R&D projects are also presently in progress.

Basically, two different ways are possible:

1. Subcontracts:

Contract between a prime contractor and a subcontractor to furnish supplies or services for the performance of a prime contract or subcontract. RiNA GmbH is the subcontractor of the contract.

2. Collaborations:

Cooperative arrangement in which two or more parties work jointly towards a common goal. Collaboration is a key tenet of knowledge management, which is an effective method of transferring 'know how' among individuals. The use of public or state funding programmes are explicit desirable in common projects.
