Based on its long-standing experience in RNA research RiNA provides a complete solution to customers of synthesizing RNAs of excellent quality, using in vitro transcription techniques and adapted purification protocols.
Our customized RNAs are ideally suited for
- NMR spectroscopy
- Crystallization and X-ray analysis
- Functional investigations
In order to minimize the costs and risk for the customer, RiNA's RNA Synthesis Service is set up as a Two-Phase-Approach (Phase I: Evaluation, Phase II: Upscaling).
Requirements
- Customer supplies sequence or template
- Customer provides information about the RNA
Services
- Synthesis of unlabeled functional RNAs
(e.g. mRNAs, small RNAs, tRNAs, aptamers) - Synthesis of labeled RNAs for NMR (13C, 15N)
- Construction of templates for large RNAs
- Analysis of RNAs by mass spectroscopy
- Sizes of 14 nt up to 4000 nt
- Quantities up to 100 mg
In the course of our RNA Synthesis Service we offer a close cooperation with the customer. Typically you will receive results of Phase I within 2 weeks including proposal and quote for Phase II.
